Follow these steps in order. Each one is independent — skip any that don't apply to your setup.
Valorant can be CPU-sensitive, but the bottleneck varies by system. Open Valorant -> Settings -> Video -> Graphics Quality. Use Low or Off as a baseline for Material Quality, Texture Quality, Detail Quality, UI Quality, Shadows, Bloom, Distortion, and Cast Shadows, then test visibility and frame times on your own PC.
