If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you have the right under Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason.
Important — Digital Content Exception: Because SageTweaks is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, by completing checkout you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once download or activation begins. This is required by Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
If you have not yet downloaded, activated, or used your license, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days by emailing support@sagetweaks.com with subject "Withdrawal" and your order number.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (in addition to your statutory rights)
Beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. This is a goodwill commercial commitment and is in addition to — and does not limit — your mandatory statutory rights as an EU/EEA consumer.
Post-Refund: Your license will be revoked immediately upon refund approval. You must uninstall the Software from all devices.

EU Consumer Conformity Rights: If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, the Software must conform to the contract under EU Directive 2019/770 (Digital Content Directive). You are entitled to remedies including bringing the Software into conformity, a proportionate price reduction, or termination of the contract, in accordance with applicable law. These rights are not limited or excluded by anything in these Terms.
Subject to the rights above, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is otherwise provided "as is" and "as available" without additional warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Most issues can be resolved quickly. Before pursuing any formal action, please email support@sagetweaks.com describing the problem and your desired resolution. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA and we cannot resolve your dispute directly, you have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform:

You may file a complaint via that platform. We are not currently obligated, and do not undertake, to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) under §36 VSBG or equivalent national legislation, but we will respond to legitimate consumer complaints in good faith.
You retain the right to lodge a complaint with the consumer protection authority in your country of residence. EU consumers can find their national authority via the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Consumer protection: If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence (Article 6 of Regulation (EC) 593/2008 — Rome I).
Disputes that cannot be resolved through Section 9 shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands. Consumers may alternatively bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence, as permitted by EU consumer law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
