SageTweaks is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase (your license is generated and emailed within minutes). Under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive, by completing checkout you:

If, within 14 days of purchase, you have not yet downloaded, activated, or otherwise usedthe Software (e.g. you bought a license but haven't redeemed the key), you retain your full statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds for valid statutory withdrawal requests are processed within 14 days of receipt of your notice, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
In addition to your statutory rights above, we offer a goodwill 30-day money-back guarantee. This is a commercial commitment offered freely on top of EU consumer law — it does not replace, limit, or affect your statutory rights.

You have three convenient ways to request a refund:

If you file a chargeback instead of requesting a refund through our process:
Our refund process is faster and easier than chargebacks.We aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
If you're experiencing technical problems with the software, please contact support before requesting a refund. We may be able to resolve the issue.
If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan (e.g., Basic instead of Pro), contact support within 7 days. We can upgrade/downgrade and adjust the price difference instead of processing a full refund.
If you accidentally purchased the same plan twice, contact support immediately. We will refund the duplicate charge without the 30-day waiting period.
In the unfortunate event of a user's passing, next of kin may request a refund by providing a death certificate. The 30-day limit is waived in these cases.
Current Policy: We offer full refunds only, not partial refunds.
For Monthly and Yearly subscription plans, cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Refund requests for subscription periods are subject to the 30-day guarantee above. Any policy changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
