Display Mode → Fullscreen
VSync → Off
Disable while diagnosing input lag
Global Illumination / Lighting Quality → Low
Highest-cost setting on UE5 titles — test first
Shadow Quality → Low
Post-Process / Effects Quality → Low

Test Quality or Balanced mode rather than Native
